Tasty Fish Fingers

FISH FINIngredients

250 grams fish fillet, cut into stripes (size is as desired)

1/2 cup all purpose flour

1/2 cup bread crumbs

1 egg, whisked, you can add a little milk

Cooking oil for deep frying

Method

Have your ingredients(flour,egg mix and bread crumbs) on 3 different plates for ease of use

Dip your fish pieces in flour to coat them with the flour , preferably one by one

Dip the floured fish pieces in the egg mix

Coat the fish fillet piece in the bread crumbs

Finally, put the coated fish fillet pieces in your hot oil and deep fry until golden brown.

Served as desired.
