Vegetable Rice


I love rice. But whats more with this recipe is its a colorful and flavorful way to add vegetables to your diet.

Lets get started!


6 cups cooked rice (to yield 6 cups, use 2 cups uncooked rice, it will triple in amount)

1 onion, chopped

1 medium sized red bell pepper

1 medium sized yellow bell pepper

1 medium sized green bell pepper

1 large carrot, diced

4 tablespoons raisins


Put some oil in your hot pan and fry your onions  until translucent

Add in your carrots and cook for about a minute

Add in your the bell peppers and saute for about a minute

Carefully mix in your cooked rice together with your raisins

30 seconds is enough.

Serve and enjoy.
