Wondering what to do with your mince meat? Have fun with this tasty recipe!
500 grams minced meat
1 large onion, diced
1 large carrot, cubed
3 potatoes, cubed
3 tomatoes, blended
Half cup Heavy Coconut milk
1 tablespoon garlic ginger paste
2 tablespoon cooking oil
1 medium size green pepper
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon cumin-coriander
Salt to Taste
Put your oil in a large skillet/pan, add your onion and fry till light brown
Add in your Garlic Ginger paste and fry till fragrant
Add your mince meat and fry till the meat juices dry up
Add in your potatoes, carrots, green pepper and blended tomatoes and stir
Add in the salt, turmeric,cumin-coriander and tomato paste and stir
Add in water or beef stock and let it simmer for about 10 minutes
Add in your coconut milk and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
