1 cup milk
1 cup flour
3 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
3 tablespoons raisins
2 tablespoons chocolate chips
Break your eggs in a bowl and separate your egg whites from the yolk
Whisk the egg whites at high speed until they form stiff peaks
In a separate bowl, mix your egg yolks with the milk,sugar,flour,cooking oil and vanilla.
Mix in the raisins and chocolate chips
Next, fold in the egg whites into the bowl with the rest of the ingredients.(Do not use a mixer at this stage because the egg whites are delicate)
Heat your pan over medium heat.
Spoon your batter onto your hot pan(ensure you scoop together with the raisins) and spread it into a circle. After 2 minutes, flip your pancake to the other side and give it a minute or until its well done.
Sprinkle your favorite pancake syrup. Here we used chocolate syrup for pancakes.
