Cucumber Salad


This recipe is a healthy and tasty way to add cucumber to your meals. Cucumbers are very hydrating and the combination of veggies in this salad, dressed with red wine vinegar, greatly help in fighting cancer,blood sugar and to boost immunity. It is equally good for weight loss. You can have it on its own or with your favorite meal.


1 onion

2 tomatoes

1 cucumber

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt to taste


Cut your tomatoes into 4 quarters,  remove the pulp with a knife, then slice the remaining part into thin slices(julienne slices)

Thinly slice your onion, preferably in round shape

Thinly slice your cucumber with the skin on, also in round shape

Mix your sliced vegetables in a bowl

Sprinkle your olive oil and red wine vinegar and some salt.

Voila! your Salad is Ready to Eat.
