Berries Smoothie

This smoothie is full of antioxidants and is a great sweet way to energize your day.


  1. 500 ml yoghurt(unsweetened)-fat content of your choice
  2. 2 cups of berry mix of your choice-but in this case:red grapes,strawberries,blueberries
  3. 1 kiwi fruit(peeled and sliced)
  4. 2 teaspoons honey-to sweeten
  5. 1/2 cup milk
  6. 1/2 cup nuts(optional)


  • Put all your ingredients(except the nuts) in your blender jug and blend till smooth
  • Grind/or finely chop the nuts then mix in
  • Serve and enjoy
  • Tip:If honey is not your sweetener of choice,you can use sweetened yoghurt instead,preferably the strawberry flavour.
