This smoothie is full of antioxidants and is a great sweet way to energize your day.
- 500 ml yoghurt(unsweetened)-fat content of your choice
- 2 cups of berry mix of your choice-but in this case:red grapes,strawberries,blueberries
- 1 kiwi fruit(peeled and sliced)
- 2 teaspoons honey-to sweeten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup nuts(optional)
- Put all your ingredients(except the nuts) in your blender jug and blend till smooth
- Grind/or finely chop the nuts then mix in
- Serve and enjoy
- Tip:If honey is not your sweetener of choice,you can use sweetened yoghurt instead,preferably the strawberry flavour.
